5 strategies for inbox zero 📬
The 2-minute rule
If an email can be dealt with in two minutes or less, answer it immediately.

Touch-it-once
Take action immediately: reply, delete, archive, defer, delegate.

The “no cc” rule
If you’re not the primary recipient of an email, don’t respond to it.

Timeboxing
Block off time (morning, noon, and night) to answer emails.
